- What did you like most?
  When I checked on the man working at reception was very friendly.
- Was there anything you didn't like?
  I arrived at around 11pm after my flight. It is the end of October and all that was on the bed was a bed sheet, no duvet. There was a door out to a terrace off my room which was not sealed which meant there was a draft into the room. I was frozen all night, nearly slept and there was no one working on reception by the time I was going to bed to request a blanket. In the morning, I had house keeping and a man knocking on my door 3 times before the check out time to see if I was still on the room.

The price is completely out...
- What did you like most?
  The location was the reason we booked this hotel.
- Was there anything you didn't like?
  The bathroom of our room was quite grimy. Most importantly, the toilet every 20 seconds ran very loudly with a high pitch screech noise. By the time we noticed it (as we were at a concert) front desk was closed and the room has no phone for any assistance. We didn’t get any shut eye despite paying for a room.
