- What did you like most?The shower was very good and the apartment was comfortable
- Was there anything you didn't like?We asked for fresh towels toilet paper and new shower gel for the shower and only got the shower gel replaced so had to go to reciption later to get them, plus the location wasn't great with rubbish all over the streets every day we were there,however it was very convenient being near brussels midi/zuid station for day trips

- What did you like most?Very well behaved staff, 24*7 reception available. Drinking water, cafe available. Also the staff was very good to accommodate requests. They also kept my luggages in the strong room for 4 hours on the check out day. The apartment has a working kitchen, with good heating, ventilation. Also got a room upgrade during my stay.
