We were there under stressful...
- What did you like most?We were in the area for a very emotional sudden funeral. The entire staff was personable, helpful, and professional. The evening soup and salad bar was great. A young lady from your staff graciously held it open past the closing time. She even refilled and brought us an additional round of soups and food.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The lighting in the room even with every source on was not bright enough. And the room darkening section of the window curtains did not fully cover the beautiful full glass wall. This was not a problem for us as we had to be up and out each day pretty early. This might be a problem for some guests and I am not sure if every room is set up the same way.

- What did you like most?The suit was very spacious and super clean. The service was done every day. All staff members were very friendly and helpful
- Was there anything you didn't like?The transport from New York back to the hotel. The drivers are not helpful at all, very angry all the time. When you coming back from NYC always ask for tickets to zone 3 and ask to stop next to the hotel.
