It was a good family...
- What did you like most?location, breakfast and staff was very good. perfectly clean, no matter where you look. overall experience was very good. well balanced value for money. subway stations, times square and convenience stores are in close proximity. we would book it again. the family room is not very spacious but sufficient. it comes with the location as all NYC hotel rooms to our experience are rather economic in size.
- Was there anything you didn't like?crowd management in the morning has room for improvement. extremely long waiting times for overcrowded elevators. long breakfast queues. there was a well intentioned time recommendation for breakfast in the elevators that had nothing to do with reality though. on balance, staff did their utmost to manage and they made it work. allow for extra time in case you have to leave the hotel in the morning to catch a flight.

- Was there anything you didn't like?The breakfast quality was average but plentiful. The guest rooms are very soundproof however the hallways are not carpeted and the noise can be heard into the guest rooms.
