  Lobby isn’t very welcoming and wasn’t decorated for the festive season which was disappointing for a trip to NY in December. When I checked in staff seemed overwhelmed as there were a lot of people collecting bags. I understand that this may be stressful but the staff didn’t seem to try and hide this at all. I was eventually told to go downstairs and look for my bag in a storage room.
