A little stressful I didn’t...
- What did you like most?The room was spacious and clean
- Was there anything you didn't like?The reservationist wasn’t very friendly they didn’t greet you with a concern or a smile as if they, even care, after ringing the bell they took their own time to answer .when I came back to check in the young lady stayed on the phone at least 35 min as if it was a personal call.then a young man came in he started to get on the computer. We was sitting on the couch looking back periodically, but he never asked were we being helped then a woman came from the back and told him to wait on us , then the young lady got of the phone and helped him with the reservation because he acted like he could not do it. It took 45 min to an hour in the lobby to get a room…when we brought the keys back they was just cold…I would like a warm greeting and concern smile or just fake it it’s your duty when your job is an reservationist….

- Was there anything you didn't like?It is getting old and room furniture, linens, etc are not very good. There was a 1/2 inch of dust on the ceiling fan so we could not use it.
