The worst hotel stay ever.
- What did you like most?No breakfast. A mouse came into my room under the door in the middle of the night. I prepaid for my room and upon arrival, I had to pay $26.21 to check in. The desk clerk said I have to get re-imbursed through Booking.com. I told management about the mouse in my room and took pictures of how large of a gap under the door. The television remote could fit in the opening beneath the door. Worst hotel I have ever stayed. It was close to the military facility which was good. Every hotel in the area was booked. I had no choice but to stay. Even hotels 50 miles away were booked due to an Auburn University football game. How do I get the extra money owed to me refunded?
- Was there anything you didn't like?This is a motel. When you open your door, you're outside. People knocked at my door at 3am and police were active all night in the parking lot.
