A 10 minute walk to the busiest train station. Staff is very supportive. Luggage service worked perfectly.

- What did you like most?Excellent breakfast buffet; room was quite spacious, tons of amenities, location near Shinjuku station and Airporter bus onsite.
- Was there anything you didn't like?We needed to check out by 11:00 and the Airporter bus scheduled for 5:00. We could not have late checkout after 12:00 pm even if we paid for it. Our bags were held for us, but we would have preferred being able to change/freshen up before we checked out.
