• What did you like most?
  I liked the location. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Our destination was only about 6miles away in downtown so that was nice. The staff were nice as well.
• Was there anything you didn't like?
  Unfortunately I was lied to about the opening date of the pool. That was the main reason we booked this hotel. I even bought my kids new swimsuits. Even after calling to confirm the pool was open and getting a yes, the pool and other spa areas were closed our entire stay. The website was also wrong by stating the opening date would be the 14th. My children were devastated to say the least. We were grossed out at the smell of cigarette and weed smoke in the hallways, especially at night. My poor kids are not used to all that stink and smoke, especially the illegal kind. You literally could almost get a contact high by standing on our hallway. It stunk! The website says NO smoking at all on the premises, so I was shocked to smell such a strong smell all over the hotel without anything being done about it. It was nice to have a breakfast included in our stay. It was a small selection, but my kids were happy about it. Unfortunately, I was shocked to see the rating hanging on the wall. It was a 79 C. That kind of grossed me out to think of why the rating was so low. I’ve never ate anywhere that has that low of a rating.

  The room was not worth the price it wasn't clean the location was not great the room it self was dirty it was the worse stay ever.
