- What did you like most?The bed was comfortable.
- Was there anything you didn't like?There were no towels in our room upon arrival. There was a bar of soap, but when we opened the box the soap was in, we discovered a bunch of tiny bugs inside and all over the soap. The towel rack in the bathroom was badly rusted and looked grody, definitely in need of replacing. The whole hotel looked a little dirty and in need of a good, deep cleaning. The wifi never worked, it was 10 times slower than our first dial-up connection and our cellular data worked much better. The "free breakfast" was also non-existent - we ended up having to go out to a local restaurant for breakfast. There was also a very strong odor of skunk-weed in the main lobby hallway and the location of the hotel is a little misleading in the description - it was not where we thought it was located. There seemed to be a staffing shortage also. At times the front desk area was backed up and the gentleman in line in front of us was complaining that he had been requesting room service for 4 days, he hadn't seen anyone yet and that the manager wasn't returning his calls. Ugh.
