Overall okay, but could be...
- What did you like most?The laid back feel, room size and comfortable bed were all good.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Our corner room was quite noisy, the coffee machine was poor, we had a minor leak in the bathroom ceiling and certain surfaces ( window sills, cabinet tops and air con. grills were dusty)
Great apart from strange accounts...
- What did you like most?All round pretty good. Nice room. 5 O’Clock somewhere bar great. Good location for restaurants and trolley
- Was there anything you didn't like?The accounts system is crazy. I had a block booking for 20 nights but they only charged part of it then cancelled that and charged a different amount! Difficult to know where I was. On check out I got a final statement but they charged a significantly higher amount. Finally got it refunded a few days later. I have traveled the world for many years both business and personal. Never had anything like this.
