- Was there anything you didn't like?I was charged for a reservation that I did not stay at. There was miscommunication between Booking.com and the property. I requested and was approved for stay at a specific time and date by the property, and when I arrived, I was denied for my stay. In no way was this at fault to me and I did not get a refund. I paid for a reservation and was turned around. I provided proof of confirmation and screenshots of the withdrawal of my funds.
We enjoyed the entire stay, everything was convenient and withing the area.
- What did you like most?The breakfast was great! Hot, no matter what time you come down during breakfast hours.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I didn't like the fact that I asked housekeeping early at breakfast to replace towels that I sat outside my doors and when I returned there were no towels, yet front desk kept telling me they had been replaced already as if I was lying. After coming back to the desk a 3rd time, they finally gave me more towels.
