Exceptional
Bug infestation with no compensation
- What did you like most?Nothing
- Was there anything you didn't like?They have some sort of bug infestation. I told the hotel managers upon leaving. They told me they could not offer anything but a 20$ credit which they did not even do. They said I was supposed to tell them immediately to change rooms & tried to convince me these were lady bugs. I know what tf a lady bug looks like. However if there are roaches/bugs in one room of all different life cycle and sizes they are likely in all the other rooms. In addition it was the last night where I had seen and killed at least 8 within a span of 30 minutes. It was midnight, I woke up to go to the bathroom me they were all over the bathroom floor. We were checking out in a couple hours so that’s also why I didn’t report it. I did see two the day prior. But I wasn’t sure what kind of hug it was just that I knew it wasn’t a bed bug so I let it go. The very first time I entered the hotel room is when I saw the first one by the way, upon opening the door. Do not stay here it is disgusting. I had to do a pic collage cause booking only lets you post 4 photos
