- What did you like most?The bartender in the lobby bar was very friendly.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Long line to check in. Once we checked in, the room had not been cleaned or turned over from the last guest. There were dirty towels and an unmade bed. We needed to leave immediately for a show reservation and could not go back to the lobby to exchange rooms. We called and asked that the room would just get cleaned before we returned that night (6 hours later). When we returned to the hotel around 1 am, the room had still not been cleaned. We went to the lobby and asked the front desk team to get us a new room. They refused to offer any help and declined our refund request. We were forced to drive over an hour home at 1 in the morning.
