Terrible, disappointing
- Was there anything you didn't like?I paid for three days, intending to stay only a few hours to rest after my flight, and I informed the property management of this. Upon arrival, they told me my booking had been canceled because I hadn't arrived the previous day, even though I had already paid in full and specified that I would arrive a day later so they could have my room ready. The manager was very unfriendly and kept telling me to calm down and wait, that it was their mistake, but that I should just sit and wait. I ended up waiting three hours for my room after a 16-hour flight and two hours in immigration. The last thing you want is to wait all that time when you paid for three days just to avoid this. I was only going to be there for nine hours.
