Lovely hotel, great location, only small details
- What did you like most?Great location, just behind Buckingham Palace and easy access to all the sights within walking distance. Modern bedrooms and lovely Spa.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Cold bathroom with only single glazed window meant that the room was very cold most of the time especially as outside air temperature was below freezing. Aircon in the room typically shut off after 1.5 hrs
