- Was there anything you didn't like?This hotel was a real disappointment. Service was noticeably lacking and did not align with the experience advertised. Upon arrival, luggage assistance was denied by the manager on duty, who stated there was “no bell boy available,” despite my visibly broken arm being in a cast. No alternative help or consideration was offered, which felt particularly poor given the circumstances. Throughout the stay, basic service requests were repeatedly handled with minimal effort. When we requested cutlery to our room, we were told to come and collect it ourselves. The same response was given when we asked for drinking water. These are simple amenities that should not require guests to leave their room, especially at this price point. The complimentary breakfast is offered on paper plates with plastic cutlery....again this is completely subpar for the price paid. Additionally, ongoing construction was not clearly communicated prior to or during our stay. This significantly impacted the overall experience and is something guests should be informed of in advance so they can make an informed decision. Overall, the level of service and communication fell well below expectations. Unfortunately, we would not stay again nor recommend this hotel to others seeking value or attentive hospitality.
