- Was there anything you didn't like?Expect at least 2 glasses should be place in the room so we could drink water from tap But our expectation was to see basic kettle + glasses and minibar is nice to have Second thing is lobby bar seems amazing and we felt like a movie in 1980s. That's a traditional American bar. But it's not working ! It should be re-commission asap !
Cosy and relaxing
- What did you like most?Very central, only minutes away from Times Square, staff was fantastic and accommodating, let us leave our suitcases in storage whilst we waited for Uber to airport as we had to wait 2 hours, huge room plenty of space and huge bathroom also, very chilled lobby nice and warm after coming in from a cold night outside :)
