- What did you like most?Property is nice, very new. Location is good.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Staff was professional but a bit not too friendly. Valet Parking was very expensive. Asked for more waters and pillows and the housekeeping staff was a bit bothered like didn’t want to go the extra mile. I think for the price we were paying you should expect much more.
A great option in Santa Monica area
- What did you like most?Overall, I would recommend staying at this hotel, just two blocks from the Pier, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The beds and the pillows are amazing. As for parking, I did some research beforehand and found a parking garage directly across the street, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Most hotels in the area—including this one—charge around $60 USD per day for parking. The overnight rate at the garage was $14 USD, which felt like a major win.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The hotel itself is nice, although it does feel a bit worn in some areas. I was told it was new, but you can tell it hasn’t been maintained as well as it could be—there were some stains and marks in the bathroom.
