- What did you like most?There wasn’t much that I liked, aside from the front desk staff. They were lovely. The rest of the hotel, not so much.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Let’s start with the signs on the front. Very confusing to even find - it was behind the sister hotel, with the same name? The first room was one of the grossest hotel rooms I have ever been in, and I’ve stayed in some shady hotels. Red stains on the comforter, the rug was tattered and stained throughout, mold in the bathroom, strong musty odor, among other blatant issues, like insects! I was also not given a receipt for my one-night stay, or written proof that the remaining nights were refunded. And I still do not understand why the employee at the front desk could not email me a digital copy either. I will never stay at an Extended Stay ever again. The pictures are of the second room, which was better, but still wildly unsatisfactory.
